Transformational Coaching

In your transformational coaching sessions, you will build personal resilience, your capacity to manage stress and increase situational awareness that enables you to change your perspective and outlook. Scientifically based techniques and tools are used to help monitor progress and guide you through your transformation from hyper-reactive to a focused response. You will learn how to use heart brain coherence-enhancing techniques that are proven to have a positive effect on the physiologic and mental states of being. These sessions are experiential, we approach them situationally taking what we learn in the sessions into your life to observe the changes.
